Who we are

This sweepstake is run by Lincolnshire Marketing, the data controller for the information described here. You can contact us at tom@lincolnshiremarketing.co.uk.

What we collect, and why

• Your name, to identify your entry and show it on the public entrants wall. Shown publicly.
• Business details (name, tagline, website and logo), if you choose to add them, to promote your business on the entrants wall and fixtures. Shown publicly.
• Email address, if you choose to give one, kept private and used only to let you know about your teams or your entry. Never shown publicly and never sold or shared for marketing.
• Entry details, how many teams you reserved, the time you entered, and a voluntary “I've donated” flag you can tick. The donation flag is for the organiser's own record-keeping only.

We do not take payments or hold any card or bank details. Donations are made on Lincoln City Foundation's own page; we never see your payment information.

Legal basis

We rely on your consent, which you give by entering and submitting your details, and on our legitimate interest in running the sweepstake and its public entrants wall. You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us to remove your entry (see below).

Who else processes it

• Vercel, hosts the site and database and stores uploaded logos.
• Lincoln City Foundation, handles donations on its own page (we only link to it).
• openfootball, the public-domain source of our match data. It receives none of your personal information.

How long we keep it

We keep your entry for the duration of the 2026 tournament and a short period afterwards to confirm and award the prize, then delete it, or sooner if you ask.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your information, or to have your entry and business profile removed from the wall, at any time. Email tom@lincolnshiremarketing.co.uk and we'll action it promptly. You also have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).

Cookies

We use a single cookie only for the organiser's admin login. There is no advertising or third-party tracking on this site.
